SHIPPING POLICY
We generally ship items as soon as possible after payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery times for all international shipments because of differences in customs clearance times in each country, which can affect how quickly the item is inspected.
We ship worldwide, so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our goods are shipped from the same place, such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia, etc.... On average, it can take 5 to 12 business days from the time the order is delivered. This largely depends on your country's customs and import procedures. Order preparation time is 1-2 business days.
If you find a package damaged in transit, if possible, refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service department. If the package was delivered without your presence, contact customer service for further action.
Note: Sometimes the package may be delayed due to many unstable factors, such as customs, flights, weather, etc. Please be patient and you will receive the package.
